Complete Watch Overhaul Service $199.95 - $350.00
If your watch is not functioning, even after a battery replacement, we will perform a Complete Watch Overhaul Service. Complete overhaul means that our watchmakers completely take apart the watch mechanism, locate and replace all broken or worn parts, clean and oil the entire mechanism, re-assemble along with the services included in the Deluxe Watch Tune-up. A Full & Complete estimate for your watch repair will be sent to you once your timepiece is received.

Automatics / Calendar Watch Service
“Self Winding” mechanical watches, watches needing to be wound daily, require a different level of maintenance. Because these watches have hundreds of moving parts inside, they require lubrication to ensure optimum performance and minimal friction and wear on the movement.
Bands / Straps
Watches have evolved from simple timepieces into fashion accessories. Customize your timepiece to fit your style, or just swap out the band to bring a worn bring your watch back to life. We offer bands made of leather, crocodile, lizard, steel, precious metals, fabric, and more. Bands come in dozens of colors, from mild to wild. We have bands in a variety of widths to fit all models of watches. Our staff takes pride in helping you find the perfect accessory for your watches. We also can conduct basic repairs for your existing watch band.
Case and Bracelet Refinishing
We will clean and polish your watch case and bracelet to a like new finish.

Crystal/Glass Replacement
The Crystal, or front part of the watch is usually made of glass or plastic. Watch crystals can break or crack from impact. We have a FULL SERVICE crystal replacement department, and can actually "special cut" a glass crystal for that "hard to find or antique timepiece".
Dial Refinishing and Restoration
We can refinish (paint) your dial (face) ) to exact Manufacturer Specifications and make your watch look brand new. We can restore your vintage watch, with the care and professional service any family heirloom deserves. We are a hands-on highly specialized shop. We will do what it takes to bring your timepiece back to life.
Gaskets and Seals
If your watch gets wet on occasion, it is important to have the seals on your watch checked. Seals should be inspected and replaced every 3 years and the watch should be pressure tested as part of the service. We have two (2) pressure testing machines on site & feature the Vibrograf WRT SM-2000 Dry Pressure Tester!!!
Stem and Crown Replacement
The knob on the side of the watch, the crown, is used to set the time. A stem is attached to the crown of the watch and goes into the movement. This allows you to set the time on the watch. Most stems and crowns can be replaced with original parts to ensure the highest quality repair.
Tune-up
We recommend a tune-up service when your battery needs replacement to keep your watch and bracelet clean and preventative maintenance to keep your watch functioning well.
